Cancellation Policy Refund of cancellations of registration will be made subject to the following deadlines and administrative charges:

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Congress.
Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received before 5 November 2010.
Rules and Regulations for Registration:
1. Each registrant should complete a separate Registration Form. A photocopy of the Registration Form is acceptable.
2. Registration Form received without payment will not be processed. Please do not send cash.
3. A letter of confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. Any changes or alternations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
4. The Congress Programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Congress, the only liability of the Organizing Committee is to refund all the fees paid.
